1. Overview
SleepIQ helps you understand and improve sleep habits. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices outlined here.
2. Information We Collect
We store the sleep sessions you record (metrics, audio-derived data, notes) locally on your device. When you sign in or create an account we collect your email address and optional profile details (username, age, gender, lifestyle). These items are stored in our Supabase database so your insights sync across devices.
3. How We Use Information
Sleep data is processed to generate trends, charts, and AI-driven summaries. Profile details help personalise recommendations. If you opt in to reminders we use the chosen time solely to schedule local notifications. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
4. Local Storage & Sync
Sleep recordings remain on your device unless you sign in. When signed in, summary metrics are synchronised with Supabase so you can view them on other devices. You may clear local history from the Profile > Settings menu. Signing out will keep a copy of data in the cloud until you delete the account data.
5. AI Analysis
The optional Sleep Quality Analyze with AI feature uses recent sleep metrics to produce a narrative report. Only aggregated values are sent to the on-device model or the chosen AI provider; raw audio is never transmitted.
6. Your Rights
You can review and update profile details in the Account screen, erase local sleep data from Settings, and remove synced records by using the Delete Account function. For additional data requests reach out to customersupport@wheema.com.
7. Updates
We may revise this policy as the app evolves. Material updates will be announced in-app. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
