How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open SleepIQ
  2. Go to Profile -> Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion request

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we delete your account profile and associated synced sleep data from our backend.

Data retained (if any)

We do not keep your active account data after deletion, except where temporary retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email customersupport@wheema.com from your account email and request account deletion.
